  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (after 8:00 PM there is a €25 surcharge, and after midnight - €30). Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

  • Is it possible to park near the property?

    Rooms A, B, and C: Free and paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. Grottarossa: Private on-site parking is included, directly in front of the accommodation.

  • Is there a kitchen available for guests to use?

    Rooms A, B, and C: Yes, the kitchen is shared and fully equipped. Grottarossa: Yes, the studio apartment has a private, fully equipped kitchen.

  • Are sheets and towels included?

    Yes, we provide clean bed linens and towels upon arrival. A flat fee of €25 applies for one-night stays and €40 for stays of two nights or more. (Maid service)

  • Is the area convenient and safe?

    Rooms A, B, C: Yes, it's an elegant and quiet neighborhood, well-served by public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Grottarossa: Yes, it's a quiet and well-connected residential area, close to the Sant'Andrea and San Pietro hospitals.
